Fanola Perm Neutralizer 1Ltr

Neutralizer is the second part to any Fanola perm. It contains Nettle, Sage, Tarassaco Oficinalis, Achillea China and Rosemary herb extracts. Fanola's Neutralizer must be rinsed with lukewarm water. Pour into a bowl 80mls of Neutralizer. Dip the hair still rolled on curlers, with a sponge. Setting time is 5 minutes. Unroll and apply the remaining product for another 5 minutes. Final treatment: rinse out with luke warm water and proceed with hairstyle.
